What happens when Talent joins Tallo through my QR Code? 

When a Talent user joins Tallo through your QR Code, they will automatically be associated with the tag generated from the QR Code, as well as automatically follow your organization. 

To view your new Talent, you can use the “Tag” filter in “Talent Pool” and select the tag associated with the QR Code. You can also view new users in the “Summary” page of your QR Code.
