This tool enables you to effectively drive interested Talent to your profile, highlight live opportunities, or guide them to external websites. Think of a Nudge as a micro-campaign tailored to recruit and connect with Talent that aligns with your organization's needs. Each Nudge includes a personalized message along with a specific call-to-action, directing users to specific actions you deem most beneficial. Tallo saves all Nudges, enabling you to monitor their real-time performance and analyze deeper data insights into how Talent engages with your content.
Nudges do not allow users to reply directly. Rather, when Talent receives your Nudge, they have the ability to follow the call-to-action that you created. This could be to view your profile, apply for an Opportunity, visit a particular webpage, and more.
