  • Add key details: Include requirements, timelines, benefits, and any important links so applicants know what to expect. 

  • Set visibility wisely: Mark the opportunity as Visible to ensure it appears on your profile for Talent Users to engage with. If you do not want it visible, mark it as Hidden. 

  • Keep it updated: Refresh your opportunities regularly so they stay accurate and reflect current offerings. 

  • Track engagement: Monitor how Talent Users interact with your posted opportunities to measure interest and adjust as needed.
