Nudge Tips

Call them by their name. It’s important to remember to individually recognize Talent users you are engaging. We make it easy by providing auto-salutations that apply the user’s first name in your message. 

Keep it short and sweet. We recommend keeping your messages direct and concise. 2-3 sentences usually all you need when sending a message in a Nudge. If your message starts to get longer than that, you may lose the attention of your intended audience. 

Nudge often. The Nudge tool is your direct connection to Talent on Tallo. We recommend sending nudges regularly. Don’t be afraid to send follow-up Nudges to Talent users who have not yet taken action, but try to cap your engagements to 2-3 Nudges.
