How do I engage Talent on Tallo that I am interested in?

Once you’re ready to engage Talent, you can do so with Talent that are currently users on Tallo as well as individuals or candidates that are not on Tallo yet.  

To message Talent on Tallo, you can utilize the Nudge feature. If there are individuals you wish to connect with via Tallo that are not Tallo users yet – this is where Tallo’s QR Code assists you.
