Help CenterTo start a Nudge:
- Go to “Talent Pool” and complete a search
- Select all users (up to 25) you’d like to send a Nudge to
- Click “Engage” and select “Send a Nudge”
- After you have selected all users, click “Create a Nudge”
- Enter the title, choose a salutation, and add your personalized message
- Add your contact information (either email or phone number)
- Choose your call-to-action (What you want the user to do)
- Click “Preview Nudge” to see how the Nudge will look to users
- Click “Send Now”
All users will immediately receive an email and in-app notification that they have received your Nudge. Additionally, the completed Nudge will be saved in “Opportunities” where you can review activity data including views and clicks.
