How do I create and send a Nudge?

To start a Nudge: 

• Go to “Talent Pool” and complete a search 
• Select all users (up to 25) you’d like to send a Nudge to 
• Select “Send a Nudge” 
• After you have selected all users, click “Create a Nudge” 
• Enter the title, choose a salutation, and add your personalized message 
• Add your contact information (either email or phone number) 
• Choose your call-to-action (What you want the user to do) 
• Click “Preview Nudge” to see how the Nudge will look to users 
• Click “Send Now” 

All users will immediately receive an email and in-app notification that they have received your Nudge. Additionally, the completed Nudge will be saved in “Opportunities” where you can review activity data including views and clicks.
