How can I send a Nudge to more than 25 recipients?

Nudges are intended for targeted communication with up to 25 users at a time. If you need to reach a larger audience, please contact your Relationship Manager to discuss launching a campaign. Campaigns can expand your reach to up to 20,000 users, allowing for broader engagement across the Tallo platform. 

Alternatively, you can easily duplicate Nudges as many times as you’d like and choose different recipients.

To duplicate Nudges:

• Go to “Opportunities” 
• Click “Summary” on a Nudge that has been completed
• Scroll to the top and select “Duplicate”
• Select “+ Add Recipients” to add to the duplicated Nudge
• Select “Preview Nudge” to ensure it is correct
• Select “Send Now” to send the duplicated Nudge
